Chambers Chief Executive Officer Mr. Chambers was appointed Chief Executive Officer of White Star in February 2016, before that serving as Chief Financial Officer of American Energy – Woodford, LLC, American Energy – Nonop, LLC and American Energy – Minerals, LLC. Previously, Mr. Chambers worked for Chesapeake Energy Corporation for seven years in increasing roles of importance, most notably as Vice President and Treasurer. Prior to Chesapeake, Mr. Chambers worked in New York for Colgate-Palmolive Corporation, Prudential Financial, Verizon Communications and Ernst & Young in various finance, treasury and accounting roles. Mr. Chambers earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 1995, a Master of Business Administration from New York University in 2006 and is a certified public accountant. Daniel J. Bafia Chief Operating Officer Mr. Bafia was appointed Chief Operating Officer of White Star Petroleum in May 2018, before that serving as Vice President of Geosciences and in other roles of increasing responsibility with White Star and its predecessor, American Energy-Woodford, LLC. Previously, Mr. Bafia worked for SandRidge Energy, Devon Energy and Marathon Oil Company in various geology focused roles. Mr. Bafia has broad working knowledge of, and exposure to, many onshore U.S. basins, including the Mid-Continent, Permian, East Texas, Gulf Coast, and Rocky Mountain, the offshore Gulf of Mexico and international projects in Australia, Argentina and Mexico. Mr. Bafia earned his Bachelor of Science in Geology degree from Purdue University in 1995 and his Master of Science in Geophysics from Texas A&M University in 1998. Jeffrey J. Zanotti Senior Vice President - General Counsel & Secretary Mr. Zanotti joined White Star in May 2016. Mr. Zanotti previously worked for Seventy Seven Energy Inc. as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Prior to joining Seventy Seven Energy, Mr. Zanotti worked for Chesapeake Energy Corporation for four years as Assistant General Counsel – Corporate & Securities and other roles of increasing responsibility. Mr. Zanotti began his legal career in the Dallas office of Jones Day. Mr. Zanotti earned a Juris Doctor from Arizona State University in 2006 and a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University in 2000. News August 15, 2017 announced that it has sold its interest in a midstream gathering system and associated assets to 4 AM Midstream, LLC, a midstream company founded in 2017 and based in Oklahoma City. The assets are located in Logan, Noble and Payne counties in the Mid-Continent region of Oklahoma and include 253 miles of gas gathering pipelines including 26 miles of high pressure lines and 214 miles of crude oil gathering pipelines. Press Release March 21, 2017 announced that it has acquired approximately 30,500 net acres in the Mid-Continent region in two transactions with Double Eagle Energy Oklahoma, LLC and the equity holders of Lighthouse Oil & Gas LP. Additionally, the Company announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 18,500 net acres in Central Northern Oklahoma from Sundance Energy, Inc.
